TOSTONES Green bananas
Heat one inch of vegetable oil on med, heat. Slice peeled green bananas into 3/4'' thick rounds. Fry on both sides for about 3 min. Dry on paper towel. Flatten fried bananas. Place in hot oil again and fry both sides until browned. Dry on paper towel and sprinkle with salt. Delicious!
